Wadworth beer available at the Wiltshire Yeoman in Chirton, Devizes - WiltshireOur beer is provided by the Wadworth brewery of Devizes, Wiltshire. Wadworth are a family run business now owned by the Bartholomew family since the untimely death of John Wadworth (who fell off a horse) and the subsequent passing away of the last line of Wadworths, Henry his son.

Wadworth have consistently made a range of fine beers since the 19th Century in their impressive Victorian brewery in old Devizes town. They have a reputation for brewing exceptional beers since 1875 and that tradition continues today.

All our beers are kept well and served correctly and we are currently aiming for the CAMRA casque mark. Lager drinkers need not be disappointed by the fact that we keep Kronenburg 1664, Carlsberg & Amstel for the slightly more discerning lager drinkers.
